FAQ

Q. Can I come in and talk to someone about my cake?

A. We love making our customers feel comfortable and heard when they are ordering a cake! Our office staff works diligently to get every detail recorded and organized for our bakers and decorators. Did you know a single order will have between two to five employees working on it at various times? To maintain accuracy with details, we prefer all orders to go through our email address or enquiry page. Due to limited office hours, there may not be someone in the office when you stop by, so if you have an action item that needs to be discussed, we can schedule a phone call!

Q. Do my baked goods need to be refrigerated?

A. Cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, truffles, and cheesecakes should all be refrigerated. For cakes and cupcakes, please keep cool until about an hour before your event,

Q. How do I transport my cakes?

A. When transporting your cake, ensure the box sits on a flat surface and stays cool. As soon as you arrive at your destination, place your cake in the refrigerator until an hour before your event. For more information, please watch our instructional video here:

Q. Do you deliver?

A. For orders over $300, we do offer a delivery and setup option for a small fee. If you are interested in a delivery of treats from our case, check us out on Doordash to see which options are available!

Q. Are you hiring?

A. We are always accepting applications for part time, full time, and seasonal employees. When your application is submitted, we will place it on file until a time when we are actively hiring. When we are actively hiring, we will post on our facebook page and indeed.com.
